Travelling by Road
The Millennium Point Multi-Storey Car Park (Howe St, Birmingham B4 7AP) is opposite the venue. This is open from 6.00am and has a 2.1m height restriction. Please note that the Birmingham City Council website is reporting (06/11/2026) that due to the failure of the parking system, payment is BY PHONE ONLY using the National Parking Platform location code 3502777. Please allow enough time to park. There are other car parks in the area. There is some paid on-street parking, particularly south of the railway/HS2 development which is a convenient walk along the canal to he venue if you arrive with sufficient time.
Travelling by Rail
It is approximately a 20 minute walk from Birmingham New Street station or a 15 minute walk from Birmingham Moor Street station (for trains from London Marylebone). If you arriving at Birmingham New Street, exit the station near Taco Bell/All Bar One onto Smallbrook Queensway, cross the road and follow St. Martin’s Queensway through the tunnel towards the venue.

At the venue, you will need to sign in at the security desk inside and can then pass through to the RESMAG26 registration desk.
We will be providing tea, coffee and water at registration, morning break and lunchtime. In order to avoid waste and minimise costs we will not be provided lunch or any other food. PLease make arrangements to bring your own lunch or purchase on the journey. There is a small cafe onsite but may be busy. There is a Co-op Food store on Lawley Middleway, approximately a 5 minute walk away. Please avoid leaving the venue if you can to take advantage of the exhibition and networking opportunities.

Information for Speakers
Please send your completed presentation to paul@design4us.uk by 12:00 on Tuesday 10 November. We may use a single laptop but we would recommend bringing your won device with HDMI port or suitable adapter.
We will be using Mentimeter to interact with delegates and allow live responses from the audience. If you would like to use this resource, please email details to paul@design4us.uk by 12:00 on Tuesday 10 November.
Exhibitors
Thank you for supporting the conference by exhibiting – we do really value your attendance.
The venue will be open from 8:00am on Wednesday to set up. Our intention is for networking with delegates rather than a large exhibition space. There will be sufficient space for one roll up banner and one wheelchair or table. There may be some scope to expand slightly.
Delegates will be around from 8:00 until conference starts at 09:45, then 11:30 – 12:00 for break followed by lunch at 13:00 for an hour. You should be able to break down stands and leave after 14:00 should you wish to do so.
We look forward to seeing you next week!
